How can I change icon colors automatically on Android versions 8-14?
To modify the colors of icons on devices Running Android 8 and above, you will need:
Lawnchair Launcher version 12.1 (minimum development number 1415):
Enable "Themed Icons" for both Home Screen and App Drawer.
Hyperion Launcher (current beta):
To adjust the color scheme:
Navigate to Hyperion > Colors > Theme > Set base color to match Wallpaper color.
To activate Themed Icons:
Go to Hyperion Settings > Iconography > Toggle Themed Icons…
For altering the colors of icons in Android 12 and newer versions:
You may utilize any launcher to allow icons to change colors; however, there is a crucial caveat:
After changing either the wallpaper or the accent system color, you must reapply the icon pack (or apply another one and then revert to this one) unless you are using launchers noted to (Change Colors Automatically).
How can I switch to light or dark mode?
Post switching your device's theme to either light or dark, you also need to reapply the icon pack (the same rule applies about using a different icon pack temporarily), again excluding those launchers classified as (Change Colors Automatically).
How is it possible to change icon shapes?
If the default launcher fails to modify the shape of icons, it's essential to obtain a custom launcher capable of doing so.
