Never! SyncMyTracks is Designed to only add activities to your accounts; it never deletes or alters any pre-existing activities.

Synchronized Activities

Upon synchronizing a new account, you have the option to either synchronize all previously completed activities alongside any new ones that you will undertake in the future, or choose to sync only those new activities.

Account Synchronization

To begin, simply add the accounts you wish to sync, and SyncMyTracks will handle the synchronization seamlessly. Should you create a new activity using any of your linked accounts, it will automatically sync across all other accounts. You can adjust the time interval for how frequently SyncMyTracks checks for new activities in the application settings, or you may choose to turn off automatic synchronization entirely.

- How does export and import work?

By entering your email and pasSword from both accounts, activities can be transferred between accounts via GPX or TCX files effortlessly.

- How does account synchronization operate?

Simply add the accounts to be synchronized, and SyncMyTracks manages all aspects of synchronization. When creating a new activity within any account, it automatically syncs that activity across all linked accounts. Users can configure the time intervals at which SyncMyTracks checks for new activities or deactivate automatic synchronization altogether through the app settings.

- Which activities are synchronized?

When synchronizing a new account, you can choose to sync either all past activities as well as future activities or only the new ones.

- What data regarding activities is synchronized?

SyncMyTracks synchronizes activity data such as time, duration, distance, pace, and map, along with heart rate, cadence, power, or temperature, provided these metrics are supported by the respective services.

- Can I delete or modify some of my activities during synchronization?

Absolutely not. SyncMyTracks strictly adds activities to your accounts without deleting or altering any existing ones.

- Can my activities be duplicated during synchronization?

SyncMyTracks prevents duplication of activities based on the start date and time of each activity.

- Where are my account emails and passWords Stored?

SyncMyTracks exclusively saves these credentials on your mobile device. Passwords are encrypted for security, and this information is solely for connecting the different accounts.

- What distinguishes the free version from the paid version?

The free version lacks account synchronization capabilities; it only supports the export and import of activities. Additionally, users in the free version can only export a maximum of 40 activities from their account. The paid version is also ad-free.

- Is it possible to use both export/import and synchronization with the same accounts?

This is not recommended, as it could lead to duplicates of already synchronized activities.

- Can I log in and sync my accounts using Facebook or Google+?

No, you need to use your email and password. If you haven't set a password yet, generate one through your account settings.

- Is SyncMyTracks sponsored, maintained, or endorsed by any supported tracking services?

No, SyncMyTracks operates independently. Therefore, make sure to utilize the app according to the terms outlined on the respective websites of the services used.
