Activate the screen using gestures
Reduce wear and tear on your power button by turning on the screen through uncovering or waving at the proximity sensor. Uncovering allows for automatic activation when pulling your phone from your pocket. Waving works perfectly, particularly with dirty hands!
Keep the display active automatically
Select from multiple methods to detect when you're using the device and maintain continuous display activity. The motion detector recognizes small movements while you hold the device. Waving over the proximity sensor can also extend the timeout conveniently. The tilt angle method keeps the screen on when standing on its own, even when not physically held. You can set preferences for the display to stay active while using Designated apps, charging, or during calls (the display does turn off if you place the phone against your ear).
Quickly time out the screen to conserve battery
You can define how long the screen remains active when the non-keeping rules do not apply. If nothing is maintaining the screen, a quick timeout is crucial for power conservation. The timeout might be much Shorter when the proximity sensor is covered (like being in a pocket or lying face down). Additionally, you have the flexibility to configure a separate timeout specifically for the lock screen.
