Description of Root Call SMS Manager MOD APK (Unlocked) v1.18

Unlocked

Restrictions of the Free Version

The free version allows a maximum of two entries in the Block list. It suppoRTS templates such as "all from contacts," "all not from contacts," and "numbers contAIning letters," but it does not accommodate groups of contacts or exceptions.

Additionally, this version lacks a scheduling feature.

Features of Root Call SMS Manager

This appliCation provides the ability to block incoming SMS and MMS messages on Android versions 4.4 and above without additional configuration, as it operates as an SMS processing program.

It also enables blocking of outgoing calls and SMS messages.

Support is available for Dual SIM smartphones, allowing users to establish different blocking parameters for each SIM Card.

The app includes a private conversation feature, enabling users to alter the incoming call numbers.

For managing calls, users can select blocking methods: either rejecting the call or simply choosing not to answer. Regarding SMS management, there's an option to set text Filters (without a filter, all SMS from Designated numbers will be blocked). The symbol ';' is used to separate multiple filters. By placing '!' at the start of a filter field, any SMS that doesn't match the filter will be blocked.

A list must be created to filter numbers, ensuring it remains up-to-date.

In "Not to block" mode, all blocking functions are disabled.

The blacklist blocks all numbers added to it, with specific blocking parameters applicable to each number.

The whitelist permits only numbers entered onto it, utilizing blocking parameters from the list's settings.

Numbers marked as exceptions follow predetermined rules irrespective of current list settings.

When adding a number to the list, users can specify a pattern, where '?' denotes any singular character, and '*' represents any count of characters. To block unknown numbers, leave the number field empty. Regular expressions can also be employed (they must begin with '^' and conclude with '$', exclusive to the full version of the softWare).

There's also the prospect to utilize schedules to make lists current during set times.

Important System Settings

Delay after boot time (in seconds) should be configured accordingly.

This wait period ensures that the radio module fully activates the phone component by the time the program starts. Typical values range from 10 to 40 seconds, though several devices function with zero delay. If the second SIM in a Dual SIM phone does not support blocking, increasing this delay may rectify the issue.

Submode selection is critical.

This setting oversees the hardware attributes of the device. Choosing the appropriate submode guarantees program efficiency and can prevent network issues once the application starts post-reboot. It's recommended to reboot the phone if you change the submode. For MTK-based smartphones, select submode 1.

Within the settings under 'About,' users can check the current status of the service. For successful operation of SIM1 (SIM2 in Dual SIM setups), it should appear green.

Limitations of the Free Version

Users can configure no more than two entries in the blocking list (it supports templates such as "all from contacts," "all not from contacts," and "numbers containing letters"), while groups of contacts and exceptions are not supported.

Furthermore, this version does not include a scheduling function.
