- Advanced matching capabilities like confidence levels for an activity, along with options to ignore certain activities while engaged in others (for instance, disregarding phone tilting during walking).
- The following Tasker variables are accessible within the Entry Task of an "AutoLocation Activities" condition:
- %alactivity (IN_VEHICLE = 0; ON_Bicycle = 1; ON_FOOT = 2; STILL = 3; UNKNOWN = 4; TILTING = 5;)
- %alactivitydesc (description corresponding to the above code)
- %alactivityconf (confidence percentage that the identified activity is accurate; ranges from 0 to 100)
- You can turn the Activity Monitor on or off at any moment through a Tasker plugin action.
Use Cases
If you take regular jogs every Saturday morning, initiate a Music Player when walking activity is detected on that day.
Launch a navigation app upon detection of the in-vehicle activity immediately after leaving the Home geofence.
